Self-funded MEWA Plans
In partnership with the Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), we offer the COSE Benefit Plan. The COSE Benefit Plan is a multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) that offers predictable rates and a broad selection of self-funded plan options. To qualify for the COSE Benefit Plan, a small business must join COSE or an affiliate chamber (if located in a designated chamber region) before enrolling in the plan.
Level-Funded Plans
Meet Balanced Solutions, a level-funded plan for small businesses with 10 to 50 employees that combines a predictable monthly cost with the possibility of a refund at the end of the plan year, after renewal. The monthly cost covers a claims fund, stop loss, and the cost of administering the plan. If there are claim funds left at year-end, you receive a refund.1
ACA Plans
Our fully insured Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans have premiums that vary based solely on an employee’s age, location, and tobacco use. To help manage costs, we offer customizable options, allowing your employees to select from a range of plans you choose.

Multi Policy Bundling Credit
Bundle dental, indemnity, or life plans with one of our self-funded or level-funded small group health plans and receive a one-time invoice credit. Savings vary based on the number of enrolled employees and the product you add.
The Multi-policy Bundling Credit is available Nov. 1, 2024, for current and new plan members.
