We achieve this by providing tailored training for our Customer Care team, implementing comprehensive policies that ensure all employees use inclusive language and offering provider educational resources – to support better health outcomes for all.

Community Support

For over 90 years, Medical Mutual has been a resolute and committed resource for the communities we serve. Our business is here, our customers are here, and our employees live and work here. We partner with community-based organizations to identify and attend to the unique challenges of our communities. We reinvest millions of dollars annually into the community. We also encourage and incentivize our employees to operate in the same spirit by patronizing local businesses, and by supporting local nonprofits through donations and volunteerism.
