Medical Mutual’s PPO dental product is a full-service plan offered with our SDC network. While our PPO plans allow your employees to receive care from any dental provider they like, they can maximize their dental benefits by selecting a SDC network dentist. We make it easy for you, too. Medical Mutual processes all dental claims, verifies eligibility and benefits, issues provider payments and member correspondence, and provides outstanding customer service to you and your employees. Plan features include: 

  • Usual, Customary and Reasonable (UCR) or Value/Maximum Allowable Charge (MAC) fee schedule options
  • In-network and out-of-network benefits for employees
  • No balance billing if a SDC provider is used
