During this visit, a healthcare provider from a trusted vendor working with Medical Mutual will sit with you and review your overall health by:

The in-home wellness visit is designed to complement and not replace the care you receive from your primary care provider (PCP), so you will be given a summary of your results to discuss with your PCP.
